ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

Due to the physical structure of our hotel, it is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities. We provide clear and accurate information regarding our level of accessibility to guests and stakeholders during the check-in process at the reception and during sales transactions, both verbally and through formal declarations of commitment.

We are also committed to making continuous improvements to better accommodate guests who are unable to participate in tourism activities due to visual or hearing impairments. To this end, we have set specific goals such as providing sign language training for our staff, preparing promotional brochures in Braille, and installing warning and guidance signs for visually impaired guests.

Furthermore, we regularly inform and educate our staff on matters related to accessibility.
